Font: the admin area now uses Inter, which the site already loads for every page. There is nothing extra to download, and the Satoshi font is gone.
Production test: I ran the production build of the new design locally with demo data, and it rendered fine (sidebar, header and content all there, no errors). So the blank page probably only happens with your real database and login.
Error screens: if a page crashes, it now shows an error box with the error text and a reference code. Before, a crash could leave only the grey background.
